Marcus has now been my agent to 'buy' and 'sell' my property bought as an investment at Parkridge Noosa.

I put my property on the market right before the Pandemic of Covid 19. Marcus was honest about the difficulties we might incur as inspections of the property were basically online only. Marcus 'promised' me, however, that he would be able to sell my property and to hang in there. I was dubious, as anyone would be, knowing the difficulties of selling a property at this time. I had absolutely nothing to worry about... the property was sold within my 90 day Selling Contract with him. Marcus had strong and regular communication with me during the entire process and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who would require an agent who goes above and beyond all expectations to get the job done.
